Voltio AI ("I," "me," or "my") is the trading name of GABRIEL FORMICA, an individual based in UK who runs the web app voltio.ai.

Provide the service – let you sign in, save snippets, and retrieve them later.
Improve the product – aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP‑anonymisation) and crash logs help me spot issues.
AI assistance – if you send a message to the assistant, the prompt is sent to an external large‑language‑model provider (currently OpenAI) under confidentiality terms; I don't share your email or identity with them.
I never sell your data. I share it only with:

Session cookie – keeps you logged in (essential).
Analytics cookies – _ga and related GA 4 cookies collect aggregate usage stats. You can block these via your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt‑out extension.
Account & snippet data remain until you delete them or close your account.
Google Analytics events are retained for 14 months.
Server logs roll off within 12 months.
AI prompts and messages are stored as part of the snippet (only you can see this) but they are deleted if the snippet is deleted.
Under UK / EU GDPR and similar laws you may request to:
Access, correct, or delete your data.
Export a copy in JSON.
Object to or restrict processing.
Email privacy@voltio.ai and I'll respond within 30 days.
TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, and least‑privilege access controls. No system is 100 % secure; contact me immediately if you spot a vulnerability.
